Common Questions

I understand that you may have questions about my services. Below, I’ve provided answers to some frequently asked questions to help you know what to expect as you begin your journey with me.

How do I book an appointment?

You can navigate to the Contact Page, where you fill out your personal information, as well as a message, where you can ask me questions, or request to book therapy sessions with me. I do ask that within the message box, please provide information about your preferred days and times, presenting problems, and which services you’re interested in. I will respond via email, and take you through the intake process, and we will go from there.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that my clients cancel with me at least 12 hours in advance. Penalty for a late cancellation will result in a full charge of your fee. I typically give my clients a “One-Strike” opportunity, before being charged the penalty fee. If there is an emergency, please reach out accordingly, and we can discuss further.

Do you accept insurance or payment plans?

No. Unfortunately at this time, no insurance plans will be accepted. I can offer super-bills if desired, just let me know before starting sessions with me. *Note: Super-bills do not guarantee reimbursement.

Do you also provide Telehealth?

Yes. I do provide Telehealth as an alternative to in-person sessions. Please provide this preference in a drop down menu in the Contact form.
